Nigerian Army's 81 Division Receives Continued Support from NAFRC During Visit

Major General Adebayo Babalola, the General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the Nigerian Army's 81 Division, was assured of continued support by Air Vice Marshal Nnaemeka Ilo of the Nigerian Air Force Resettlement Centre (NAFRC) during a courtesy visit to the division's headquarters in Lagos on January 23, 2026. The visit emphasized the importance of synergy among the armed forces for national development, especially in Lagos and Ogun State, key economic hubs requiring security cooperation.

The GOC reiterated the division's readiness to collaborate with NAFRC, particularly in training for mutual benefit. Air Vice Marshal Ilo expressed gratitude for the sustained support and thanked the Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Waidi Shaibu.

The visit included the exchange of souvenirs, signing the visitor book, and a group photograph.
