Oyebanji's Unity Efforts Praised by APC Chieftain Borisad

Abiodun Borisad, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ekiti State, commended Governor Biodun Oyebanji for his role in uniting the state 133 years after the Kiriji War, which occurred from 1877 to 1893. Borisad spoke during Oyebanji's campaign visit to Ijero Local Government Area, highlighting the governor's focus on bringing together people from different towns, religions, and political backgrounds.

He reiterated his commitment to supporting Oyebanji's re-election bid in June 2026, asserting that divine intervention would secure a significant place in Ekiti's political history for the governor. Borisad and his team are mobilizing support across communities, expressing confidence in securing 500,000 votes in the upcoming elections scheduled for June 20.
