Ayo Arise Congratulates Oyebanji on Election Victory

Senator Ayo Arise of the All Progressives Congress (APC) congratulated Ekiti State Governor Biodun Oyebanji on his victory in the governorship election held on June 20, 2026. In a statement made available to newsmen in Ado Ekiti, Arise described Oyebanji's electoral success as a testament to his commitment to the development of Ekiti State.

He commended the voters for coming out en masse to support Oyebanji and his deputy, Monisola Afuy, for a second term. Arise expressed confidence that under Oyebanji's leadership, the state would witness further infrastructural development across various sectors, including education, health, agriculture, and civil service.

However, he stressed the importance of unity, justice, and fairness within the APC in Ekiti State as the party prepares for the 2027 general elections.
