Gwamna Wins Gombe APC Primary, Pantami's Supporters Unite

In the recent APC primary election in Gombe State, Dr. Gwamna emerged victorious with 247 votes, defeating Prof.

Isa Pantami, who garnered 120 votes. Following the election, Pantami, a former Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, withdrew from the race, citing alleged violations of the Electoral Act 2026 and the party's failure to provide essential communication channels.

Despite his withdrawal, Pantami's supporters, led by Sanusi Hamisu Usman, announced their commitment to support Gwamna, emphasizing the importance of unity within the party. Gwamna expressed gratitude for the support and reaffirmed his dedication to mobilizing efforts for the APC and its presidential candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, in the upcoming 2027 elections.

The movement aims to consolidate achievements and ensure the party remains united, focusing on sustainable development in Gombe State.
