Gov Sule Approves Mini-Sports Centres for Local Areas

Governor Sule has approved the construction of mini-sports centres in Keffi, Toto, and three additional local government areas to support grassroots football development. This announcement was made during the final of a grassroots football tournament held at a primary school pitch in Toto, which marked the 53rd birthday of the Secretary to the State Government, Shuaibu Magaji Labaran.

Governor Sule expressed disappointment over the poor condition of the existing pitch, emphasizing the community's passion for football and the need for better facilities. He mentioned that despite a scheduled travel, he would sign contracts for five projects related to the mini-stadiums.

The governor assured that resources would be allocated to ensure the commencement of these projects, reflecting his administration's commitment to talent discovery and sports development in the state.
