Grace Schools Expands Chinese Language Program with China

Grace Schools, located in Gbagada, has reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening educational and cultural ties between Nigeria and China by expanding its Chinese Language program. This initiative aims to equip students with global competencies.

Mrs. Tokunbo Edun, the Chief Executive Officer of Grace Schools, made this announcement during a visit from Yan Yuqing, the Chinese Consul General to Nigeria.

Edun highlighted that the school has been offering Chinese Language studies for 16 years in collaboration with the Confucius Institute and the University of Lagos, helping students gain language proficiency and cultural appreciation. She noted that the consul general's visit signifies the importance of language in fostering cultural exchange and international friendship.

Edun also mentioned that Grace Schools has facilitated educational visits to China, allowing students to experience the country's rich history and culture. Yan Yuqing expressed her support for deepening educational cooperation and praised the enthusiasm of Nigerian students for learning Chinese.
