Grange School Triumphs at Athletics School Games Season 3

Grange School secured the title at the Athletics School Games Season 3, held at the Yaba College of Technology Sports Complex. The competition featured 20 schools across Lagos, divided into elementary and secondary categories.

Grange School's elementary pupils excelled, amassing the highest points to clinch victory. Ehuwa Obanla notably distinguished himself by achieving a remarkable high jump of 1.95m, surpassing his personal best of 1.75m and setting a new tournament record, which drew enthusiastic applause from parents and spectators.

Dr. Seun Akinbohun, the founder of TASG, acknowledged the challenges faced in organizing the tournament, particularly regarding funding and infrastructure, while reaffirming the commitment to sustain the annual event.

Akinbohun praised the athletes for their discipline and performance, noting that some have already earned places on national teams, reflecting the success of the event.
