Grinders Basketball Foundation Empowers 50+ Student-Athletes in Abuja

The Grinders Basketball Foundation celebrated its 7th anniversary by empowering over 50 student-athletes in Abuja with essential educational resources. The foundation's program, held over the weekend, provided support to recipients from primary, secondary, and tertiary institutions, including cash donations, exercise books, and school bags.

Umar Abdullahi, Chairman of the Foundation, emphasized the organization's commitment to uplifting those in need by offering educational assistance. The event marked the seventh successful edition of the initiative, with plans for an even bigger and better eighth edition.

Alhassan Joseph Enbago, the Foundation's Public Relations Officer, highlighted the rigorous selection process for beneficiaries to ensure resources are effectively utilized to support the athletes' academic needs.
