Gunmen Abduct Army Lt. Colonel During Delta Marriage Ceremony

Gunmen abducted Army Lt. Colonel Josiah during a marriage ceremony in Bomadi, Delta State.

The incident caused panic in the area as the kidnappers, armed and deadly, stormed the lodge where the officer was staying, ransacked rooms, and took him away. The abduction occurred while the soldier was attending a ceremony in Kpakiama community.

The military Joint Task Force (JTF) is patrolling the area. The gunmen struck around 2 a.m., seized the officer, and fled.
