Army Officer Kidnapped in Delta State After Gunmen Attack

Gunmen kidnapped an army officer, Lt. Colonel Josiah, in Bomadi, Delta State, shortly after attending a marriage ceremony.

The armed men stormed his lodge, ransacked rooms, and fired shots before abducting him. Witnesses reported seeing blood at the scene.

The kidnappers abandoned their vehicle in Tuomo community after the abduction, prompting the Joint Task Force (JTF) to intensify patrols in the area. The incident has caused panic in Bomadi, with security forces working to locate the officer and ensure the safety of the community.
