APC to Launch Hamzat's Manifesto for Lagos Governorship

The Lagos State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) is set to unveil the manifesto of its governorship candidate for the 2027 election, Dr Kadri Obafemi Hamzat. Senator Musiliu Obanikoro, the Director General of the PBAT/KOH Campaign Council, announced this during a press conference in Ikeja.

The launch will take place at the Wole Soyinka Centre for Culture and Creative Arts in Iganmu, providing a platform for Hamzat to present his vision and plans for Lagos. Obanikoro emphasized the importance of the future of Lagos, stating that decisions made today will impact future opportunities and quality of life.

The campaign is based on principles of shared progress and inclusivity, ensuring no one is left behind. He also highlighted the challenges Lagos faces, including transportation and healthcare, which require experienced leadership.

Obanikoro noted Hamzat's qualifications, including a PhD in Systems Process Engineering and his previous roles as a commissioner and deputy governor of Lagos State.
