Hamzat Urges Nigerian Youths to Embrace Integrity and Faith

Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, the Lagos State Deputy Governor and governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), addressed Nigerian youths at the 2026 Youth Programme of The Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Ministries held at Odofin Park Estate, Ijesha, Lagos. He urged them to combine faith with integrity, discipline, and responsibility, emphasizing that character is essential for success.

Hamzat stated that Nigeria needs a new generation of young people who will pursue personal success while also contributing to community and national development. He highlighted that genuine faith should influence young people's conduct, work ethic, and societal responsibilities.

Hamzat called for youths to become active agents of positive change, rejecting violence and dishonesty, and insisted that leadership should be about service. He warned that talent and ambition could become liabilities without strong character and urged youths to focus on their personal development alongside their achievements.
