Amaechi Critiques Tinubu's Governance Amidst Hardship

Rotimi Amaechi, a former Minister of Transport, expressed concerns regarding the dissatisfaction among governors under President Bola Tinubu's administration. During a Hausa program, he highlighted that contrary to reports of increased allocations, governors are grumbling about the current administration's policies.

Amaechi warned that the removal of fuel subsidies, which he claims benefits only a few individuals, will further subject Nigerians to hardship. He criticized the lack of project execution and financial support from Tinubu's government, stating that funds are not being utilized to benefit the populace.

Amaechi also mentioned that the political landscape has not changed significantly since 1987, with many politicians failing to provide employment opportunities. He urged support for the ADC presidential ticket and emphasized the need for free and fair electoral processes.

He also noted that the southern region should not be overlooked in political considerations, referencing the previous administrations of Buhari and Tinubu.
