Heineken N.V. Nominates Rafael Oliveira as CEO

Heineken N.V. announced the nomination of Rafael "Rafa" Oliveira as the new Chief Executive Officer, with an effective date of October 1, 2026. The Supervisory Board will formally appoint Oliveira during an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders scheduled for August 5, 2026.

Oliveira will transition to Heineken after serving as CEO of JDE Peet's in 2024, following the acquisition of JDE Peet's by Keurig Dr Pepper.
