Oshiomhole: Uzodinma Not Sole Promoter of Tinubu in SE

During an interview on TVC on August 23, 2026, former Edo State Governor and Senator Adams Oshiomhole clarified that Imo State Governor Hope Uzodinma should not be seen as the only individual tasked with promoting President Bola Tinubu and his administration among the South-East populace. Oshiomhole noted that Uzodinma's role as secretary in Tinubu's campaign council does not imply that he alone is responsible for explaining Tinubu's policies, programs, and achievements to the Igbo people.

He asserted that political leaders across the South-East, including other governors, have a collective responsibility to communicate with their constituents regarding the Federal Government's direction. Oshiomhole emphasized that the task of promoting Tinubu's agenda should not rest solely on Uzodinma due to his position.
