Edo State Wins Niger Delta Games, Dethrones Bayelsa

Edo State emerged victorious in the second edition of the Niger Delta Games, held at Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin City on Thursday. The host state secured first place with a total of 52 gold, 34 silver, and 25 bronze medals.

Delta State finished in second place with 39 gold, 29 silver, and 35 bronze medals, while the defending champions, Bayelsa State, came in third with 25 gold, 24 silver, and 26 bronze medals.
