Monarch explains how two brothers escaped kidnappers in Edo Forest

Two brothers, Isaac Victor and Olayer, managed to escape from kidnappers in Edo Forest when the abductors fell asleep. The monarch of Okpahi Imoga Kingdom, Oba Patrick Obajoy, explained that the brothers were kidnapped along Adugh Imoga Road and the kidnappers demanded a ransom of 22 million naira.

The family reported the incident to the Ibilloy Police Station, hoping for a successful rescue operation. This escape comes amidst ongoing security challenges in the region, with recent reports of security forces killing 19 bandits in counter-terrorism operations.
