Victim Aisha Shares Harrowing Tale of Abduction

Aisha, a victim of banditry in Zamfara State, shared her harrowing experience of abduction and loss. While traveling, armed bandits opened fire on her vehicle, leading to the abduction of her three children.

Aisha was the sole survivor of her family of four. She spent six months in captivity, suffering from hunger, thirst, and severe injuries inflicted by the bandits.

Tragically, she was forced to bury her two children after they were killed by the bandits. Aisha also had an infant son who died during this ordeal.

The memories of the abuse and the cries of her children haunt her. She managed to escape after three days of navigating through the forest and has since reached a settlement.

Aisha is now appealing for urgent medical care and food support due to her traumatic experiences and the loss of her children.
