Steve Maduka's Royal Hair Expands into European Market

Steve Maduka, the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Royal Hair Limited, left his stable position at the Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) in 2010 to pursue entrepreneurship in the beauty industry. After spending several months in the United Kingdom, Maduka returned to Nigeria in 2011, marking a pivotal moment in his entrepreneurial journey.

He committed fully to growing Royal Hair, focusing on quality products and customer service. By 2016, the company experienced rapid growth, opening retail outlets across Nigeria and expanding its workforce to 110 employees.

Royal Hair has established itself as a premium hair extension brand, with plans to expand into the European market by 2024, specifically in Barcelona, Spain. The company aims to supply premium hair extensions to beauty professionals across several countries, including Portugal, France, Poland, and Sweden.

Maduka is also committed to mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs in the beauty industry and improving access to quality hair products.
