HYT Consulting Completes Third Employability Bootcamp

HYT Consulting successfully concluded its third Employability Bootcamp, which took place from June 22 to June 26, 2026, training 130 members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC). The bootcamp focused on equipping participants with essential skills for the financial services and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors, addressing the persistent gap between school qualifications and workplace requirements in Nigeria.

This year's cohort marked a significant expansion of the program, offering both physical and virtual participation options to accommodate young Nigerians across the country. The closing ceremony featured remarks from Folusho Odegbaik, Founder and CEO of HYT Consulting, who emphasized the bootcamp's role in transforming young talent into employable professionals.

Yusuf Adeoy from the Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment highlighted the importance of youth employability in building an inclusive economy. The program aims to connect training with employment pathways, contributing to a stronger workforce in Nigeria.
