Ganduje Labels Kwankwaso a "Political Drifter"

Abdullahi Ganduje, the former governor of Kano State and a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), expressed his disillusionment with Rabiu Kwankwaso, stating that he joined the APC because of Kwankwaso's influence. However, he labeled Kwankwaso as a "political drifter" for his tendency to switch between various political parties.

In an interview with BBC Hausa, Ganduje recounted Kwankwaso's political history, which included starting with the People's Democratic Party (PDP), moving to the APC, and subsequently leaving to form the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP). Ganduje criticized Kwankwaso for his lack of political stability, noting that he has also shifted to the African Democratic Congress (ADC) and then to the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), alongside the Labour Party (LP) during the 2023 elections.

Ganduje's remarks reflect a broader concern about political loyalty and consistency in Nigerian politics.
