Amaechi Reveals Reasons for Leaving PDP for APC

In a discussion on Channel TV, he stated that he was effectively chased out of the PDP by Patience Jonathan, the wife of former President Goodluck Jonathan, who he claimed took control of the party's structure in River State.

Amaechi's comments also touched upon his aspirations for the presidency, indicating that he would be contesting in the APC presidential primaries against the current president, Bola Tinubu.
