Gov Zulum Raises Alarm Over Boko Haram's Use of Drones in Nigeria

Governor Zulum of Zamfara State disclosed that Boko Haram insurgents have started using drones for surveillance and attacks in the North East region of Nigeria. He called on the federal government to review and enhance Nigeria's airspace security to counter this new threat.

Zulum emphasized the urgent need for inter-agency collaboration to address the proliferation of drones in the hands of enemies, which poses a grave danger to national security. The governor stressed the importance of tightening border security and enhancing Nigeria's aerial defense system without delay.
