Kolawole Subair Appointed President of IAVMN Council

The Institute of Asset Valuation Management Nigeria (IAVMN) has appointed Professor Kolawole Subair as the new President/Chairman of the Council. This decision was made during a council meeting held on June 28, 2026, at the IAVMN secretariat in Lagos, where Subair was unanimously appointed.

The newly constituted council includes ten members, such as Mr. Olusola Fajimi as the 1st Vice President and Dr.

Emeka Ariguzo as the 2nd Vice President. Other council members include Mr.

Oseni Op Bashiru, Temitayo, Hon. Taiwo Owolabi, Mr.

Gbenga Alani Odemuyiwa, Mr. Oboh Emmanuel Attah, Miss Adedoyin Adelakun, Alhaji Moham Yayangida Umar, and Mr.

Tajudeen Olawal Ekemod. The institute expressed confidence in Subair's extensive experience and leadership capabilities, emphasizing that his commitment to the profession will enhance the institute's mission to promote ethical standards and best practices in asset valuation management across Nigeria.
