Mr. Alli Appointed Chairperson of NBA-SLP for 2023-2025

Mr. Alli has been inaugurated as the chairperson of the Nigerian Bar Association's Section on Legal Practice (NBA-SLP), succeeding Mr.

Boma Alabi SAN. His two-year tenure will focus on enhancing inclusion, visibility, and measurable impact within the legal profession.

He shared his vision during an interview, highlighting the importance of advocacy and the role of young lawyers in the legal field. Mr.

Alli's journey began during his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in the Ministry of Justice in Plateau State, where he gained significant courtroom experience. He has a background in both litigation and corporate advisory work, having started private practice in 2001.

His leadership will also involve the establishment of a national law firm directory, aimed at providing visibility for law firms across Nigeria, regardless of size or area of practice. The NBA-SLP will also focus on developing programs tailored to emerging areas of law, ensuring that the section remains responsive and active in all jurisdictions.
