Imo Journalist Granted ₦2M Bail After Cyberbullying Allegations

Imo journalist, Ogbonna, granted ₦2 million bail after 30 days in police custody for alleged cyberbullying. The presiding Magistrate Uzoechi set the bail conditions, including a surety with a landed property within the court's jurisdiction.

Ogbonna faces charges related to defaming a Special Adviser to the Imo State Governor. The case was adjourned to October 3, 2025.
