inDrive Appoints KieKie as Chief Wahala Officer

inDrive has unveiled KieKie as its Chief Wahala Officer, a role aimed at spearheading a campaign to attract 450 applicants in Nigeria. This initiative is designed to draw attention to the everyday transport challenges faced by residents in Lagos, including traffic congestion and unreliable delivery options.

KieKie will encourage commuters to share their experiences and perspectives, thereby bringing greater public attention to the realities of daily commuting in Lagos. Oladimeji, the country manager for inDrive Nigeria, explained that KieKie's involvement will reinforce the company's strategy to engage users through a familiar voice that reflects their lived experiences.

KieKie expressed excitement about her appointment, noting that the role presents an opportunity to shine a light on the daily mobility challenges faced by Lagos commuters. She aims to foster conversations and participation among platform users to improve daily movement across the city. inDrive is a global mobility and delivery platform, with its app downloaded 400 million times, making it the second most downloaded ride-hailing app for the fourth consecutive year.
