Infinity MfB Disburses N12.88bn Loans in 2025

Infinity MfB announced the disbursement of N12.88 billion in loans to customers during the 2025 financial year, representing a 64% increase from the N7.87 billion disbursed in 2024. This information was disclosed by the Chairman of the company, Mr.

Clara Oloniniyi, at the 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held in Lagos. The loan portfolio grew from N3.89 billion in 2024 to N6.1 billion in 2025, indicating a growth rate of 58%.

Despite facing challenges, the company recorded a profit before tax of N634.15 million in 2025, a significant increase of 90.5% from N332.8 million in 2024. This growth was attributed to improved interest income, enhanced digital transaction revenue, and cost optimization measures.

The AGM also approved a dividend payout of 7.5 kobo for every 50 kobo share. The company aims to strengthen its deposit base and improve customer engagement through innovative savings products.
