Institute Partners with Oyo State for Leadership Development

The Institute of Leadership Coach Strategies, led by its President and Chairman of the Governing Council, Dr. Olasunkad Azeez, is pursuing a partnership with the Oyo State Government to enhance leadership standards in public administration.

This initiative was discussed during a meeting with Oyo State's Head of Service, Mr. Olubunmi Oni, and other senior government officials, including Prof.

Salihu Abdulwaheed Adelabu and Alhaji Kamorudeen Aderibigb. The collaboration aims to develop a framework that supports capacity building and promotes high ethical standards in leadership while encouraging the adoption of global best practices.

The meeting coincided with recent structural adjustments within the Oyo State civil service, particularly the transition of permanent secretaries. Alhaji Taiwo Niran Mustapha emphasized the importance of leadership policy formulation in shaping Nigeria's development trajectory.

The Institute is committed to advancing leadership development beyond theoretical concepts and seeks to leverage expertise for world-class service delivery in the state.
