Abdulkadir Isawa Wins PDP Primary for Bauchi North

Abdulkadir Adam Isawa emerged as the winner of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) senatorial primary election for the Bauchi North senatorial district. The primary election was conducted under the supervision of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and involved direct voting from delegates across seven local government areas.

Isawa secured 137 votes, defeating his opponent, Alhaji Maula Adamu, who failed to secure any votes. Following the announcement of the results, Isawa expressed gratitude to PDP members for their confidence and called for unity and collective efforts towards the party's success in the upcoming elections.

He also commended INEC officials and security personnel for ensuring a peaceful and transparent electoral process. Isawa pledged to provide quality leadership and promote development in Bauchi North if elected.
