ISWAP Releases Video of Borno State Military Attacks

The Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) has released a video that documents coordinated attacks on multiple Nigerian military bases located in Borno State. The footage, reportedly captured during assaults on March 5, shows insurgents heavily armed and firing weapons, with military camps set ablaze amid intense gunfire.

The video, shared on social media, features a voice speaking in Hausa and Arabic, celebrating the operation. It highlights the seizure of military vehicles, motorcycles, and other equipment during the raids.

The attacks targeted four military bases in Borno State, specifically at Mainok, Jakana, Marte, and Konduga, occurring around 10 PM on Thursday, March 3, into Friday. The video serves as a propaganda tool for ISWAP, showcasing their operational capabilities against Nigerian military forces.
