PDP Senator Dickson Discusses Honesty in Public Service

Senator Dickson, representing Bayelsa West and a member of the People's Democratic Party (PDP), lamented the difficulties of serving with honesty in Nigeria's public service. His comments were made during the receipt of a transparency leadership award.
