Itsekiri Nation Demands Probe into INEC's Warri Ward Delineation

The Itsekiri nation in Warri Federal Constituency, Delta State, called for an independent probe into the ward delineation exercise conducted by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). They alleged fraudulent practices and collusion in creating phantom ward units, urging the Federal Government to investigate and punish those responsible.

The Itsekiri Traditional Council presented evidence of irregularities, emphasizing the need for a transparent and just delineation process in line with constitutional provisions. Chief Brown Mene of Warri Kingdom highlighted the discrepancies and called for accountability.
