On Saturday, in their final pre-season fixture during a training camp in Portugal, Fulham defeated Portuguese side Farense 2-1. Midfielder Alex Iwobi scored the equalizing goal for Fulham after Emile Smith Rowe was fouled in the penalty area, successfully converting the penalty kick.

This goal shifted the momentum in Fulham's favor, allowing them to push for a winner. In the 89th minute, Brazilian striker Rodrigo Muniz secured the victory with a goal after Josh King was also fouled inside the box.
