JAMB Blacklists 23 CBT Centres Over Mock UTME Issues

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced the delisting of 23 Computer-Based Test (CBT) centres across 11 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) following technical issues encountered during the 2026 mock Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME). The affected states include Abia, Anambra, Bayelsa, Delta, Edo, FCT, Lagos, Ogun, Osun, Oyo, and Plateau.

Specific centres that have been blacklisted include Micben Seat Wisdom Academy, Umuntek Asa, and Bishop Crowther Seminary CBT Centre in Anambra; Avid ICT Solutions CBT Centre in Delta; and several others in Edo, Lagos, Ogun, and Osun states. JAMB's decision to delist these centres was based on an internal review that found they did not meet the required technical operational standards necessary for participation in the main UTME, which is crucial for ensuring a smooth and credible examination process.
