JAMB Sets February 26 Deadline for 2026 UTME e-PIN Sales

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has set a deadline of February 26, 2026, for the sale of e-PINs for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME). The sales will close at midnight on that date, and candidates must obtain their e-PINs to complete their registration at accredited centers by February 28, 2026.

As of February 17, 2026, JAMB has successfully processed 1.5 million applications, despite a daily registration capacity of only 100,000 candidates across the nation. This indicates that a significant number of prospective candidates have yet to register.

JAMB has emphasized that there will be no extension of the registration deadline and has advised candidates to act promptly to avoid last-minute delays that could lead to challenges. The board has made it clear that the registration deadline is final.
