Uba Sani Advocates for Stronger Judiciary in Kaduna

During the Law Week activities at the Muhammadu Bello Bar Centre in Kaduna, Governor Uba Sani stated that the judiciary is the bedrock of modern society, particularly during uncertain times when citizens seek justice and fairness. He acknowledged the judiciary's pivotal role in sustaining democracy, advancing peace, and protecting rights.

Sani committed to supporting initiatives that strengthen judicial infrastructure and improve access to justice. He urged legal professionals to embrace technological advancements, stressing the importance of being proactive rather than reactive in adapting to changes driven by technology.

Attorney General and Minister of Justice Lateef Fagbemi commended Sani's commitment to advancing justice and developing the rule of law in Kaduna State, particularly in support of the Bar Centre project. Fagbemi also emphasized the need for collaboration among the bar, bench, and executive to enhance justice delivery.

Nigerian Bar Association President Afam Osigwe acknowledged the successful completion of the Bar Centre project and urged branches to invest in infrastructure to support legal professionals.
