IGP Tunji Disu Approves Redeployment of Police Commissioners

The Inspector General of Police (IGP), Tunji Disu, has authorized a fresh round of redeployments for Commissioners of Police (CPs) across various state commands and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). This directive was communicated through an internal wireless message, marking an immediate effect on the assignments.

Key personnel involved in this redeployment include Haruna Alaba Yahaya, who has been posted to head the JG, and Betti Enekpen, Otimenyin, who have also received new assignments. Other notable redeployments include Olugbenga Ayodeji Abimbola, Yemi John Oyeniyi, and Olubod Ojajuni, among others, who have been assigned to different commands.

The IGP's decision reflects ongoing efforts to update and optimize the operational structure of the Nigeria Police Force, ensuring that records are updated to reflect these new postings.
