Terrorists Attack and Set Police Outpost on Fire in Niger State, Nigeria

In Niger State, Nigeria, terrorists attacked a police outpost in Kalli Village, Borgu LGA, setting it on fire. The assailants also destroyed a farm produce belonging to residents, stole personal items, and engaged in a fierce gun battle with the police border patrol team.

The incident, occurring less than 48 hours after separate attacks that resulted in casualties, has raised concerns about security in the region. The Niger State Police Command spokesperson, Wasiu Abiodun, confirmed the attack and mentioned ongoing security assessments.
