U.S. Offers $10M Bounty on Iran's Khamenei and Officials

The United States has placed a $10 million bounty on Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and several senior officials associated with Iran's Supreme Leadership, including Esmail Khatib, Ali Asghar Hejazi, Yahya Rahim Safavi, Eskandar Momeni, and Ali Larijani. This move is part of Washington's counter-terrorism initiative aimed at tracking individuals allegedly linked to global militant operations.

The U.S. Department of State's reward for justice program encourages the public to provide credible information that could lead to the apprehension of these individuals.

The announcement comes amid heightened tensions involving the U.S., Israel, and Iran, with President Donald Trump defending military operations against Tehran. Trump stated that he felt honored by the death of Iranian leaders during ongoing conflicts and emphasized the U.S. military's capability to conduct extensive airstrikes against Iran.

U.S. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth indicated that American forces are preparing for even heavier airstrikes, marking a significant escalation in military actions against Iran.
