Kaduna ADC Coalition Backs El-Rufai, Dismisses Lukman

The Kaduna ADC coalition has publicly dismissed claims made by Lukman regarding the party's structure, reaffirming its support for the leadership established by former Governor Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai. In a statement, the coalition criticized Lukman for lacking political support within Kaduna and accused him of convening meetings without consulting state leaders, which they described as divisive and potentially undermining party cohesion.

The coalition emphasized that the ADC in Kaduna remains united and committed to strengthening its structure for future political engagements. This development follows Lukman's earlier decision to disengage from party activities, which has fueled speculation about divisions within the coalition.

David Mark, a member of the national leadership, urged the party to disregard Lukman's letter and maintain the position submitted by the Kaduna coalition leadership, asserting that no individual is bigger than the party.
