Dambatta Community Builds Police Offices for Security

In Dambatta Local Government Area, Kano State, a community initiative has led to the construction of three police offices aimed at strengthening security operations in the area. The offices were commissioned on Thursday by CP Ibrahim Adamu Bakori of the Kano State Police Command, who disclosed the development through a statement issued by the command's spokesperson, CSP Abdullahi Haruna Kiyawa.

The project was funded and executed by community members as part of their efforts to support the police in enhancing local safety. During the commissioning event, the chairman of Dambatta LG, represented by Vice Chairman Alhaji Abubakar Fagwalawa, commended the police for their role in maintaining peace, noting recent improvements in security due to police efforts, including the arrest of high-profile kidnappers.

CP Bakori lauded the community's demonstration of trust and cooperation, emphasizing the importance of community support for effective policing. The event was attended by various stakeholders, including Hon Murtala Musa Kore and Amb Ali Hassan Bayero.
