Katsina Governor Invests N31bn in Water Supply Scheme to Tackle Scarcity

Katsina State Governor Dikko Umaru Radda has awarded a N31 billion contract to Mutual Commit Company Limited (MCC) for the Zobe Water Supply Scheme. The project aims to provide potable water to communities in Dutsinma, Katsina, Rimi, Batagarawa, Charanchi, and other areas.

The initiative is part of efforts to tackle water scarcity in the state and boost the local economy through job creation. The project signifies a significant investment in infrastructure to improve the livelihoods of residents in the region.
