Kebbi Emir Supports Governor Idris' Re-election Bid

On Friday, Dr. Muhammad Zayyanu Abdullahi, the Emir of Yauri and Chancellor of Abdullahi Fodio University of Science and Technology, endorsed the re-election bid of Kebbi State Governor Comrade Dr. Nasir Idris. The Emir expressed gratitude for the governor's developmental interventions, stating that the Yauri Emirate is “indebted” to his administration.

During a courtesy visit by the governor's media aides, led by Commissioner for Information and Culture Alhaji Yakubu Ahmed BK, Dr. Zayyanu commended the governor for significant achievements over the past three years, including investments in education, healthcare, roads, and agriculture. He noted the construction of mega schools, rehabilitation of healthcare facilities, and support for farmers with inputs and free fertilizers.

The Emir also praised the governor's support for security agencies, which has improved the security situation and allowed farmers to return to their lands. He pledged continued support for Governor Idris, expressing confidence in the administration's ability to sustain development programs in Kebbi State.
