Kebbi Police Arrest 10 Suspects in Businessman's Murder

The Kebbi State Police Command has arrested ten suspects linked to the murder of businessman Sufiyanu Garba, who was abducted on March 13, 2026, in the Badariya area of Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State. The police, represented by Superintendent Bashir Usman, condemned the heinous act and assured residents of their unwavering commitment to protecting lives and property.

The police are actively investigating the case, which also involves the safe reunion of the abducted victim's wife, Zainab Mohammad, with her family. The arrests were made possible through coordinated efforts between the state intelligence department and the anti-kidnap unit, leveraging credible intelligence and technical support.

The suspects arrested include Zakariya Abubakar, Diggi Joseph, Dahali Wanda, Sanda Alhaji Mamman Abubakar, Manu Aisha Manu, Saudatu Abubakar, Abubakar Muhammad Betuwa, and Muhammad Abdullahi Umaru Ja Garba.
