Kenneth Okonkwo Questions Tinubu's Presidential Qualifications

Kenneth Okonkwo, a chieftain of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), has stated that President Bola Tinubu is not qualified to be Nigeria's president. Okonkwo argues that Tinubu did not submit his primary and secondary school certificates to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), which he claims does not meet the educational requirements set by Nigerian law.

INEC recently published the credentials of all presidential candidates for the 2027 election, revealing that Tinubu submitted only his university certificate, with his primary and secondary school certificates absent. This omission has ignited debate among Nigerians regarding Tinubu's educational qualifications.

In a post on X, Okonkwo emphasized that Nigerian law requires candidates to have five credits at the O’ Level to qualify for university admission. He criticized the judiciary for what he termed "judicial rascality," suggesting that some judges have misinterpreted laws, undermining democracy.
