NBA Directs Members to Avoid 9 Kebbi LGAs Amid Kidnapping Surge

The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) has directed its members to avoid nine local government areas (LGAs) in Kebbi State due to increased kidnapping incidents. The directive was issued by the Chairman of the NBA branch, Alhaji Aminu Hassan, following the abduction of a member, Mr.

Isyaku Danjuma. The affected LGAs include Bagudo, Suru, Kamba, Dandi, Bunza, Kangiwa, Arewa, Dirin Daji, Sakaba, Ribah, Kanya, and Augie.

The NBA expressed deep concern over the rising insecurity in the country and called for a boycott of court proceedings to protest the kidnapping. The association urged the government and security agencies to take urgent steps to address the security challenges.
