Klintoncod Defends VeryDarkMan at NBA Conference

Nigerian comedian Ekene Clinton Egbuna, known as Klintoncod, defended social media activist Martins Vincent Otse, or VeryDarkMan (VDM), amid backlash regarding VDM's appearance at the Nigerian Bar Association's 66th Annual General Conference on August 28, 2026. Klintoncod argued that VDM's activism, particularly his exposure of an alleged organ-harvesting operation at Wellington Hospital in Life Camp, Abuja, outweighs any professional qualifications critics have raised.

He noted that the individual who reported the cartel bypassed various law enforcement agencies before approaching VDM. Klintoncod described a growing crisis in Abuja, where residents are reportedly being lured for forced kidney extraction.

He criticized lawyers questioning VDM's credentials, contrasting Nigeria's justice system with that of other countries. He referenced the case of a former Senate President imprisoned in the UK for a kidney harvesting plot and a 13-year-old boy imprisoned for years over a minor incident.

Klintoncod condemned Senior Advocates of Nigeria as oppressive and accused the judiciary of political compromise.
