Kpautagi Secures ADC Nomination for Niger Governorship

Moham Kpautagi, a chieftain of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), has officially picked up his nomination form for the Niger State governorship race at the party's national headquarters in Abuja on Tuesday. This event was marked by a large gathering of supporters, including women groups and youth political associations.

Kpautagi expressed gratitude for the support he has received and assured that his administration would prioritize policies aimed at improving the welfare of ordinary residents across the state. He identified insecurity and water scarcity as major challenges facing the people of Niger State and promised to introduce immediate measures to tackle these issues.

The event attracted several party stalwarts and political figures, including former lawmakers and party chairmen. Kpautagi previously contested in the 2023 governorship primary election under the All Progressives Congress (APC) alongside the incumbent governor of Niger State, Moham Umar Bago.
