Kwara APC Forms Reconciliation Committee Ahead of 2027 Elections

The Kwara State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has formed a five-member reconciliation committee to resolve internal disputes and enhance party unity in preparation for the 2027 general elections. The committee will be chaired by Babatunde Olawal, with Colonel Ademola Lawal, Ahm Abba, Engr Musa Yeketi, Dr.

Oluwatoyin Opawoy, and Hajia Kubura Kassum as members. The establishment of this committee was announced in a statement issued on Friday from the party's state public secretariat.

The committee is expected to engage with party members to identify areas of disagreement and recommend practical solutions to foster unity. Sundai Fagbemi, the state chairman of APC, emphasized the importance of ensuring that all stakeholders are involved in the party's preparations for the upcoming elections.

He expressed optimism that the committee would help restore harmony within the party and provide a platform for every member to voice their grievances.
